Welcome to Orientation 2008-2009!
To make your orientation experience on September 2nd as simple as possible, we suggest you complete the Student Information Form by clicking the link below.
When you’ve completed the process, your information will be sent to the school for processing. When you arrive at Orientation, the completed forms will be available for you to review and sign. We hope this process will shorten your time for orientation.
Please note: at the end of the online process, you will NOT be able to print forms for orientation. They will be waiting for you at school on the 2nd of September(Tuesday).
